 Good afternoon,

1) We are working on a book study in FLA. Students need to finish reading their book no later than February 16. Moreover, the book needs to travel to and from home everyday, as we are using it in class. The reading part is done exclusively at home.

2) This project will be done on a tri-fold. The small size is available at Dollarama for $2. For students that choose not to purchase one, they will be able to complete the project on paper folders. I will provide them for the students.

3) Our francophone week will be help from March 8-11. Many activities will be offered to students to celebrate the French language and culture. On March 8, a food truck will be offering beaver tails ($7), poutine ($5) and soft drinks ($1). Students who would like to purchase one or many items are asked to bring the money directly to me no later than February 17th.

4) Please make sure your student is dressed appropriately for the weather. Mme Poirier will be taking students outside for Physical Education unless the weather is -20 or colder with the wind chill. Mittens, toques, boots and snowpants are strongly encouraged.

Thank you and have a great weekend!
