Bonjour! Today was wellness day. After a short online assembly, we learned about growth mindset. We then had a chance to play some kick ball, we had tea while working on some calm activities such as chess, tangrams, and mandalas, we did a mindfulness meditation, we went out on a walk, we tried some brain gym and we ended with a reflection on our learning.
